Hiroshi Koizumi was awarded the Distinguished Merit Award of American Association of Community Theatre. Performed The Lesson by Eugene lonesco at Theatre Olympiad '90 in Kalamazoo. |
| 1991 June | Invited to AACT, and performed The Proposal at Overland Park in Kansas, USA. As a feature of the loth anniversary of Toyama-Debrecen cultural exchange, gave performances of The Lesson and May by Ern6 Szep at Debrecen, Hungary and Oradea, Rumania. |
| 1991 June | Hiroshi Koizumi was awarded Chokonai Prize in recognition of his cultural merits by the Governor of Hajdu-Bihar, Hungary. |
| 1991 July | Gave a performance of The Lesson at the World Amateur Theatre Festival in Haliden, Norway. Hiroshi Koizumi was elected vice-president of AITA/IATA for the fourth time. |
| 1992 April | Hiroshi Koizumi was awarded the Prize for Community Cultural Merits by the Minister of Education. |
| 1992 May | Gave a performance of The Proposal on the Toyama Night of the Oregon-Japan Week held in Portland, Oregon. |
| 1992 August | Organized and Held the fourth TIATF as TIATF'92 where 34 countries from 5 continents sent their representatives and 25 groups from 24 countries participated. |
| 1993 March | Invited to give a performance of The Proposal at Debrecen Spring Festival in Hungary. Performed The Proposal at The Bungeiza Evening in Prague, Czech. |
| 1993 July | Organized International Amateur Theatre Summit in Japan at Toyama. The Lesson was performed in sequence by Bungeiza and by Carlos III Group as a memorial feature of the Summit. Invited to the First Chunchon International Theatre Festival in Korea. As a special event there were three performances of The Lesson by Bungeiza, Spanish group and Korean group. |

| 1994 June | Participated in the International Maytime Festival in Dundalk, Ireland as the Delegation to Europe for Grass-roots International Exchange subsidized by the Japan Foundation in 1994, and won the Special Entertainment Award. |
